By accessing or using NYS Property Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
NYS Property Management is a platform that provides access to our property management services. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use NYS Property Management.
- A person or entity may maintain only one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NYS Property Management to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent usage limits.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using NYS Property Management belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. The NYS Property Management brand, interface, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.
6. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
NYS Property Management is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI outputs, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimers
AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. NYS Property Management does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. SMS / Text Messaging (NYS Property Management IVR)
By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive automated voicemail notifications sent to the business owner when a caller leaves a voicemail on the NYS Property Management phone lines at +1 (517) 777-0772 or +1 (888) 864-1554. Messages include the caller’s phone number, voicemail duration, and a link to the recording.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
